Billing is new here. The trial still works in full and still asks for no card. If anything about a payment looks wrong, email us before you do anything else and we will sort it directly rather than leave you arguing with a form.
Questions people actually ask
What happens after 30 days?
Writing new things pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked. Every brand, draft and version stays exactly where it was, and starts working again the moment you are on a plan.
What if I have more brands than my plan?
You keep them. The limit only stops you making a new one. Archiving a brand you are not using frees the slot and keeps everything inside it, so a full plan is something you can tidy your way out of rather than only pay your way out of.
Is there a limit on how much I write?
There is a daily ceiling, because an open sign-up and a metered API is how you wake up to a bill. It is set high enough that normal work never meets it: 80 drafts a day on Solo, 250 on Pro writer, 600 on Agency. It is fair use, not something we are selling you.
Can someone else write with me?
Not yet. Agency is priced with a small team in mind and the groundwork is in the database, but inviting a second person is not built. If you need it now, say so and we will work something out.
What happens to my writing?
It stays yours. It is stored so you can get it back, it is never sold, and it is not used to train anything. Details are in the privacy policy.
What if it does not sound like us?
Then it is not finished learning. Edit a draft the way you would have written it, and it reads what you changed. That is the part that gets it closer.
